Shipping Method
We use the post or fedex for shipping. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and time of delivery depend on your location. We do not take the responsibility for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.
Shipping Cost
- Within Europe: Delivery costs 5 EUR. Free delivery from 50 EUR.
- Rest of the World: Shipping costs 12 EUR. Free delivery from 120 EUR.
Local taxes according to the import regulations of each country may be added.
Returns Policy
Return Process
If you want to return an item you can do so within 14 days counting from the day after you receive the goods. For the return to be accepted, the item has to be unused and in its original state, all tags must still be attached, a copy of your invoice must be provided and you must indicate your name and order number.
You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment and the risk of the returned goods. We will refund the amount of the paid products as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after the reception of the returned items.
Packaging Instructions
We kindly advice you to use a carton box in case of a return. Do not put the item in an envelope as this may damage the jewel during the transportation. You can use the same package used when receiving the goods, but then be aware that you should take off all old labels from the outer package to avoid shipping errors.
Sale Items
Items marked SALE cannot be returned but you can exchange it for another product or size if on stock. You are responsible for the cost of the returned goods and the risk.
